Campus Collaboration With PERADI Preparing Advocates With High Integrity
Medan, October 10, 2026 — The Faculty of Law at Universitas Prima Indonesia (UNPRI), in collaboration with the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), successfully held the culmination event of the Special Education for Legal Profession (PKPA) at the 20th Floor Hybrid Room of the UNPRI Main Campus on Saturday (Oct 10, 2026). This event marked the conclusion of the PKPA series which began on September 5, 2026, utilizing a hybrid learning method via Zoom and in-person sessions, drawing dozens of online and offline participants.
The prestigious event was graced by FH UNPRI Dean Dr. Elvira Fitriyani Pakpahan, S.HI., M.Hum., Vice Dean I Dr. Herman Brahmana, S.H., M.H., along with faculty program heads and secretaries. Key leaders from PERADI also attended as co-organizers, including Medan PERADI DPC Chairman Dr. Azwir Agus, S.H., M.Hum., PERADI DPN Secretary General Dr. H. Hermansyah Dulaimi, S.H., M.H., and PERADI DPN General Chairman Prof. (H.C.) Dr. Otto Hasibuan, S.H., M.C.L., M.M.
In her address, the Dean of the Faculty of Law emphasized that PKPA is not merely a formal training program, but a vital gateway to a noble and responsible legal profession. She encouraged participants to master technical legal aspects while internalizing core values of integrity and courage in upholding justice—values deeply embedded in UNPRI's legal education. She added that the robust synergy between UNPRI and PERADI reflects the faculty's commitment to bridging academia with the practical demands of Indonesia's legal profession.
The PKPA program was open to the public and UNPRI alumni, with alumni receiving special privileges including registration fee waivers. All participants who successfully completed the program were awarded official certificates, comprehensive learning modules, and training facilities.
This collaboration with PERADI further cements the standing of FH UNPRI—whose academic programs from bachelor's to doctoral levels hold Excellent accreditation—as a premier legal education institution dedicated to producing professional, ethical advocates ready to serve justice in Indonesia.
