PANGKOSTRAD RELEASES PARTICIPANTS OF CHARITY FUN RUN 2017
MEDAN (Portibi DNP): Pangkostrad Lt. Gen. Edy Rahmayadi, Sunday (12/11) released the Fun Run participants at Benteng Medan Field, at the Hero Is Us "Charity Fun Run 2017" event held by Universitas Prima Indonesia (UNPRI) Creative in collaboration with Yayasan Cinta Kasih Mandiri.
The event was attended by Dandim 0201/BS Colonel Inf Bambang Herqutanto, Member of the North Sumatra DPRD Brilian Mokhtar SE, UNPRI Chancellor Dr. Chrismis Novalinda Ginting SSiT MKes, Director of Royal Prima Hospital dr. Ali Napiah Nasution MKT, Director of UNPRI Postgraduate Dr. Azaruddin SH MKn, Secretary of UNPRI Postgraduate Dr. Yusriando SH MH, Vice Chancellor I UNPRI Ir. Seno Adji M Eng Prac, Vice Chancellor II Dr. Ermi Girsang SKM M Kes, Vice Chancellor III Said Rial MA, Dean of the Faculty of Technology and Computer Science (FTIK )UNPRI Abdi Dharma SKom MKom, Vice Dean of FE UNPRI Hendry SE MM, Secretary of Quality Assurance Institute (LPM) UNPRI Salman Faris SSi and the deans/vice deans and their teachings.
Pangkostrad Lt. Gen. Edy Rahmayadi in his speech, invited the younger generation to care more about others, care about history and heroes.
The event attended by young people, Edy Rahmayadi gave motivation with the hope that they would grow into a healthy and noble generation.
"We must all unite and not give up easily in facing the challenges of life," said Pangkostrad firmly.
Edy Rahmayadi hopes that activities like this can be carried out by UNPRI Creative routinely. Meanwhile, UNPRI Rector Dr Chrismis Novalinda Ginting SSiT MKes said, Hero Is Us is an annual Charity Run activity initiated by UNPRI Creative.
"This activity is carried out in order to commemorate National Heroes' Day, which is accompanied by charity activities for underprivileged children in education, who come from various levels of society and several orphanages in the city of Medan," said Chrismis Novalinda.
According to Chrismis, it is a shared obligation as social beings, to protect the environment, organize, help and assist each other in society in social strata.
In this case, said Chrismis, it is not only about commemorating Heroes' Day, but also filled with things that are beneficial to society and also the country of Indonesia.
In this activity, said Chrismis, there was also a free health check from the Royal Prima Medan Hospital.
Pangkostrad Lt. Gen. Edy Rahmayadi together with UNPRI Rector Dr. Chrismis Novalinda Ginting SSiT MKes, Director of Royal Prima Hospital dr. Ali Napiah Nasution MKT, Secretary of UNPRI Postgraduate Program Dr. Yusriando SH MH and Vice Rector I UNPRI Ir. Seno Adji M Eng Prac were seen walking together at the Hero Is Us "Charity Fun Run 2017" event held by Universitas Prima Indonesia (UNPRI) Creative in collaboration with Yayasan Cinta Kasih Mandiri.
