Medan,-Chair of Dekranasda Ny Kahiyang Ayu Bobby Nasution inaugurated the Faculty of Economics Expo 2021 Unpri Millennial Generation Start Up Exhibition at Universitas Prima Indonesia, Jalan Sampul, Medan Petisah, Thursday (9/12). It is hoped that this entrepreneurship expo activity can be a forum to promote MSME products in Medan City.
This inauguration was marked by a ribbon cutting by the Chairperson of Dekranasda Medan City accompanied by the Unpri Foundation Advisor, the Chancellor and Vice Chancellor of Unpri and the Chairperson of IPEMI Medan City, and the Management of the Sri Wahyuni Foundation. Various UMKM products that are the result of millennial generation products are displayed in this expo.
With this Expo, Mrs. Kahiyang Ayu Bobby Nasution appreciates and thanks Unpri and IPEMI Medan City for holding an Entrepreneurship Expo especially for UMKM actors. Mrs. Kahiyang Ayu assessed that this activity can be one of the efforts in supporting the Medan City Government Program so that UMKM can develop and move up a class.
"I appreciate and support this Entrepreneurship Expo. Of course this is one form of support for the Medan City Government program in advancing UMKM provided by Unpri and IPEMI Medan City," said Mrs. Kahiyang Ayu Bobby Nasution.
The wife of the Mayor of Medan Bobby Nasution also hopes that business actors from the millennial generation can use this expo as a motivation in developing UMKM products. In addition, as a young generation, it is hoped that these business actors can utilize technology to market their UMKM products.
"This activity can be a motivation for millennials to develop their businesses. In addition, utilizing technological developments to market UMKM products is also in line with the Medan City Government's program in digitizing UMKM," said Mrs. Kahiyang Ayu Bobby Nasution.
Next, Mrs. Kahiyang Ayu Bobby Nasution, who is also the Chairperson of the Medan City PKK TP, saw one by one the UMKM products displayed in this Entrepreneurship Expo. Even Mrs. Kahiyang Ayu also bought some of the UMKM products.
