OVERVIEW

The Diploma Three Program in Finance and Banking is designed to produce skilled professionals capable of managing finance and modern banking systems. Students will learn the fundamentals of finance, risk management, banking operations, and relevant financial technology (fintech) in today's industry.

The curriculum covers topics such as financial accounting, portfolio management, taxation, credit analysis, and digital banking services. Students will also gain practical skills in using financial software and simulating banking transactions.

This program combines theoretical learning with hands-on practice through internships at banks, financial institutions, or fintech companies. This enables students to apply their knowledge in real-world situations and build professional networks.

Graduates of the Diploma Three Program in Finance and Banking are prepared to work as bank operational staff, credit analysts, banking customer service, or digital financial service specialists. They can also contribute to improving efficiency and innovation in the finance and banking sector.

With relevant competencies and practical skills, graduates of this program become valuable assets to the financial industry, ready to face challenges and opportunities in the digital era.

  1. Implementing Education and Teaching in Preparing Professional Graduates in Finance and Banking Based on Technology, Innovative, Adaptive, Communicative, Having International Competitiveness and Having Socio-Tecnopreneurship Insight;
  2. Conducting research that is useful for the development of science in finance and banking based on Technology, Innovative, Adaptive, Communicative, and Having Socio-Tecnopreneurship Insight;

TARGETS

  1. Creating a conducive learning environment to create an adaptive, highly competitive and socio-technopreneurship-oriented Faculty of Economics in the field of Business Economics;
  2. Creating graduates in the field of Business Economics who are communicative, innovative, and adaptive in socio-technopreneurship;
  3. Creating graduates of the Faculty of Economics who are able to solve problems in the fields of Economics and Business through the scientific works they produce;
  4. The implementation of Community Service based on Socio-technopreneurship, reasoning and research works in the fields of economics and business that are useful for increasing community empowerment;
  5. The realization of excellent service with good governance to ensure the achievement of graduate competencies;
  6. The creation of quality institutional cooperation, mutually beneficial to support the achievement of graduate competencies;
  7. The availability of human resources that qualified and competent to support the achievement of Graduate Competence in Economics and Business;
