OVERVIEW

The Doctor of Law at the Faculty of Law is the highest academic program designed to cultivate critical and innovative thinking in the field of law. This program aims to produce researchers and academics capable of contributing to the advancement of legal theory and practice through in-depth and multidisciplinary research.

Students in this program will engage in research focused on contemporary legal issues, such as social justice, human rights, international business law, and legal reform. With guidance from experts in the field, graduates are expected to produce impactful scholarly work that influences both academia and legal practice, as well as become thought leaders in the field of law.

4. Developing cooperation with various parties to improve the quality of the implementation of the tri dharma of higher education both nationally and internationally.

3. Implementing community service programs to produce works of service in the field of business law based on local wisdom and the environment with an insight into socio-techno preuneurship which are useful in the development of national law as a form of practicing Pancasila.
4. Creating quality institutional cooperation, mutually beneficial to support the achievement of graduate competencies.
