The Bachelor of Agrotechnology at the Faculty of Agro Technology is a study program designed to produce graduates who are experts in modern agriculture and agricultural technology. This program combines basic agricultural sciences with the application of the latest technologies to enhance productivity and sustainability in the agricultural sector.

Students will study various aspects of agrotechnology, including crop cultivation, natural resource management, pest and disease control, and the use of precision agricultural technology. Additionally, they are equipped with practical skills in research and the development of agricultural innovations. Graduates of this program are ready to contribute to advancing the agricultural sector as researchers, practitioners, or entrepreneurs in agrotechnology.

VISION

To become a study program that produces professional, high-character, and excellent graduates in the field of oil palm agrotechnology based on socio-technopreneurship, sustainable, innovative, adaptive, and internationally competitive by 2030.

MISSION

To conduct education in the field of oil palm agrotechnology that is innovative and integrated, based on socio-technopreneurship, sustainability, innovation, and adaptability.
To conduct research and technological development in oil palm plantations focusing on innovations that improve efficiency, productivity, and sustainability.
To implement community service programs and technology development through knowledge transfer and collaborative initiatives that support sustainable agriculture.
To establish strategic partnerships with the palm oil industry, farmers, and the government to ensure the relevance of the Tridharma to industry needs and social challenges.
To instill professional ethics and sustainable leadership principles in all aspects of oil palm agrotechnology.
To promote best practices in sustainable oil palm plantation management with the goal of increasing efficiency and generating positive environmental impact.
