"Hopefully the presence of Prof. Rhenald Kasali, Ph.D., and Irwan Wiseful Berutu, S.S., can transmit their success to us, especially the younger generation," he said in front of more than 2,000 Unpri students.

Meanwhile, Professor of Management Science at the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia, Prof. Rhenald Kasali, Ph.D. making students amazed when delivering a seminar in a relaxed manner, but still full of meaning.

This successful motivator said that Indonesia is a country that is not poor in entrepreneurs. "When you decide to become an entrepreneur, then act. Don't think too long. Taking action and then making a mistake is actually much better than just staying silent," said the motivator who has inspired many Indonesians through training and writings that he has made to advance this country.

By becoming an entrepreneur, said Rhenald, students can provide jobs for others after graduating from Unpri.

Rhenald Kasali, an academic and business practitioner from Indonesia, often brings a wealth of experience to convey his motivation. In between seminars, this mustachioed man also broadcasts several shows that are quick to touch to motivate the younger generation, especially Unpri FE students.

He added that youth is a time to shape thoughts, shape willpower, and build creativity and innovation. And becoming an entrepreneur is a real manifestation. "Opportunities only come to those who are ready, therefore never be afraid to try and hesitate about something. While you are still young, do something", he hoped.

He also questioned about passports. According to him, students must have passports. Because, passports are tickets to see the world. "Believe me, when we return from abroad we will bring a myriad of experiences, stories, pictures and photos that can shape a person's vision", he said while saying, if you go traveling abroad, get used to it alone, don't go in a crowd. Because going alone, a person will be independent.

On the same occasion, a successful young motivator, Irwan Wiseful Berutu, S.S. also stated the same thing. According to him, the younger generation should not be afraid to dream big.

This young motivator from Medan also shared his experiences about the aspects of life that we experience with FE Unpri students, in achieving success and living life. Success can be achieved through hard work and self-confidence and utilizing the potential that is owned.

To be successful, Irwan said, it takes a steel mentality and perseverance. In practice, many people actually give up easily when facing various obstacles. "Who doesn't want to be successful. The point is, if you want to be successful, find your talent, find a marketing strategy and act quickly," said the man born in Pakpak Bharat, Dairi, while revealing that students must fill their time with hard work.
