The Most Awesome Seminar 2015 The Millionaire Motivates UNPRI Students
The most amazing seminar of 2015, The Millionaire, held by the Faculty of Economics (FE) of Universitas Prima Indonesia (UNPRI), was successfully held at the Selecta Building on Jalan Listrik Medan, Saturday (11/14). The seminar themed young, rich and happy featured three speakers, namely business motivator and success coach in Indonesia Tung Desem Waringin, Jonson Lim BBA (entrepreneur and motivator) and Iskandar ST.
The event was also attended by UNPRI Rector Prof. Dr. Djakobus Tari-gan AAI, DAAK, Dean of FE UNPRI Cut Fitri Rostina SE MM, Vice Dean of FE UNPRI Hendry SE MM and others. Cut Fitri in her speech motivated the thousands of students to achieve success in entrepreneurship at a young age, with the main capital of enthusiasm and never giving up as well as high discipline and creative thinking, considering that competition in the free market will start at the end of 2015, so the fight is very competitive. According to her, college graduates must change their mindset, so that they are not only looking for jobs, but are able to create jobs. Because, currently the unemployment rate is very high, while job opportunities are very limited.
"‘By having an entrepreneurial spirit or entrepreneurship which is not only knowledge, but also a mental attitude, namely the spirit of fighting and making failure a whip to achieve success, "he hoped. Business motivator Tung Desem Waringin in his lecture, besides motivating students, also revealed how to achieve success and wealth at a young age. According to Tung Desem, young entrepreneurs in achieving their success must primarily choose a business idea that they like. In addition, he also asked to continue learning and developing their business, until it becomes big and has positive thoughts and words, so that they can face all problems with a more positive attitude and good or useful. Meanwhile, Jonson Lim BBA (entrepreneur and motivator) is also enthusiastic about providing motivation to thousands of students. "Create many opportunities, through the ideas we have. Then write down ideas and do them, pursue tricks to realize the ideas that arise. Make friends with anyone, don't limit yourself. So don't hesitate, start giving a lot. Because giving a lot will make you rich, "he said. According to the Director of JLIM Production and Event Organizer, the more you give, the more you will receive. Giving is not limited to money. Sharing knowledge, becoming a motivator is another form of the term giving.
