Fostering Innovation: UNPRI Inaugurates New Committee for Unpri Creative to Boost Student Talents.

Medan, June 20, 2026 — Universitas Prima Indonesia (UNPRI) officially inaugurated the board of Unpri Creative (UC) at both University and Faculty levels during a ceremony at the Main Hall of UNPRI Main Campus, Saturday (June 20, 2026). The event was attended by approximately 250 students in person, with additional participation from PSDKU UNPRI Pekanbaru via virtual link, witnessed by the Vice Rector III and all Faculty Deans.
Unpri Creative is a strategic organization designed to build, develop, and facilitate student talent and creativity through various extracurricular activities. This inauguration marks the official legal status of the new board, as authorized by an official Decree (SK), and is coordinated by Dr. Windania Purba as the Director and Coordinator of Unpri Creative.
UC Chairperson, Stenly, emphasized that Unpri Creative is designed to become a hub for creative innovation aligned with the university's grand vision. Vice Rector III, Dr. Refi Ikhtiari, S.Si., M.Sc., Ph.D., congratulated the new board and expressed his expectations for their contributions. He highlighted that Unpri Creative's existence is consistent with UNPRI's dedication to facilitating student talent in both academic and non-academic fields, including sports (Spartan basketball, taekwondo, badminton) and campus ambassador programs (Mr. and Miss UNPRI).
