Vision of Quality Management Unit

To become a reliable and professional Quality Assurance Unit in promoting the continuous improvement of the Tridharma of Higher Education.

Plan, implement, monitor, evaluate, control, and improve quality assurance consistently and continuously to support the achievement of UNPRI's Vision, Mission, Goals, and Objectives.
Develop the Internal and External Quality Assurance Systems in an aligned and consistent manner.
Carry out continuous quality improvement to enhance the performance of UNPRI's quality assurance system.
Encourage UNPRI's academic community to develop awareness and responsibility for quality in order to meet national and international standards.

Plan, implement, evaluate, control, and continuously improve the Internal Quality Assurance System.
Direct and coordinate the implementation of Internal Quality Assurance System across all work units within UNPRI.
Provide guidance to the academic community related to the implementation of Internal Quality Assurance System in work units within UNPRI.
Develop the organization, work units, and human resources assigned to carry out Internal Quality Assurance System and External Quality Assurance System.
Conduct socialization of UNPRI's quality assurance system to the academic community and stakeholders.
Report the results of Internal Quality Assurance System and External Quality Assurance System implementation to the Rector.

Implement the PPEPP cycle to enhance quality across all work units within UNPRI.
Report the results of Management Review Meetings and Follow-Up Meetings in the UNPRI Internal Quality Assurance Systems and to the Ministry of Education and Culture.

Assist in the preparation and implementation of accreditation activities for study programs within UNPRI.
Monitor the validity period and target achievements of study program accreditations within UNPRI.

Prepare audit instruments for conducting audits in academic and non-academic fields.
Conduct audits in academic and non-academic fields.
Report the findings of academic and non-academic audits to the Head of the Quality Management Unit.

5	International Accreditation	3 Study Programs in the Faculty of Economics for HeeAct Accreditation (Taiwan)	Assist and prepare for the HeeAct International Accreditation in 2024
6	Internal Quality Audit	All Work Units	Prepare all work units, both academic and non-academic. Monitor and evaluate through the UNPRI Internal Quality Assurance Systems.
