FAST UNPRI Hosts Technical Guidance for "Unggul" Accreditation with the Chair of the LAM Teknik Accreditation Board

Medan, April 23, 2026 — The Faculty of Science and Technology (FAST) at Universitas Prima Indonesia (UNPRI) Medan held Technical Guidance (Bimtek) for the preparation of Vision, Mission, Curriculum, LKPS, and LED toward "Excellent" Accreditation on Wednesday, April 23, 2026, at the UNPRI Campus. As the best private university, FAST UNPRI continues to innovate in strengthening academic quality and overall governance. This event was attended by all structural ranks and heads of study programs within FAST UNPRI as a serious step toward achieving the "Excellent" accreditation target.
The guidance featured national-caliber speaker Prof. Dr. Ir. Hari Purnomo, M.T., IPU., ASEAN Eng., Chairman of the LAM Teknik Accreditation Board and Rector of UII. In his remarks, the Dean of FAST UNPRI, Prof. Ir. Bhakti Alamsyah, M.T., Ph.D., emphasized that "Excellent" accreditation is not just a label but a true reflection of quality. "Today we have the opportunity to learn directly from the best source to build a strong accreditation foundation that reflects our quality," he stated. He highlighted that this process is a momentum for reflection to facilitate student talent through an Outcome-Based Education (OBE) curriculum.
The material covered four main components: measurable Vision and Mission, industry-adaptive OBE curriculum development, LKPS preparation, and comprehensive LED writing. This ensures that UNPRI graduates are competent and high-quality professionals.
