ROYAL PRIMA MEDAN HOSPITAL'S 2ND ANNIVERSARY

MEDAN (Portibi DNP): Head of the North Sumatra Provincial Health Office represented by the Head of Facilities and Medical Devices Bambang Suprayetno said that Royal Prima Hospital is a hospital that truly complies with the regulations of the Ministry of Health regarding Hospital Regulations. "Thank you to Royal Prima Hospital which continues to improve its services, where in 2015 it began to become a BPJS provider, of course in this case adding BPJS services for North Sumatra and its surroundings, of course it is not easy to become a provider," said Bambang Suprayetno, at the 2nd Anniversary of Royal Prima Hospital in the Multipurpose Room on the 5th floor of Royal Prima Hospital, Jalan Ayahanda Medan, Tuesday (16/2).
The event was attended by the Head of the North Sumatra Provincial Health Office represented by the Head of Facilities and Medical Devices Bambang Suprayetno, the Head of the Medan City Health Office represented by M. Jauharis, Danramil 01/MB Captain Inf AM Marpaung, Head of Medan Petisah District Rakhmat Adisyah Putra Harahap SSTP, Head of Sei Putih Tengah Village James RE Simanjuntak, President Commissioner of PT Royal Prima dr I Nyoman Ehrich Lister MKes AIFM, President Director Dr Tommy Leonard SH MKn, Director of Rpyal Prima Hospital Dr Deli Theo Sp PK MARS and the invitees. Bambang advised that Royal Prima Hospital improve its quality and service. The plan to add 35 percent of beds for BPJS class III patients is also expected to increase human resources. According to him, this hospital, which is only two years old, has provided extraordinary service, with existing standards. The facilities and infrastructure of this hospital, he said, have met the requirements well and are in accordance with the Hospital Law. He said that hospitals are required to be accredited once every three years. His party supports the efforts of Royal Prima Hospital which targets to become a Main Teaching Hospital. Moreover, within the company there is Universitas Prima Indonesia (UNPRI) which has a Faculty of Medicine. In this case, he said, there must be special preparation to prepare to become a Class B Teaching Hospital. For that, there must also be preparation from the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Education teams, to carry out accreditation and evaluation whether Royal Prima Hospital is indeed worthy of becoming a Class B Teaching Hospital.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Medan City Health Service represented by Jauhari said, currently we know that many hospitals in North Sumatra are all competing with one intention and one good faith to provide the best service to the community. However, after running, sometimes it changes with behavior far from what is expected. So, we hear complaints from the public about many hospitals. "The good or bad of a hospital is determined by the community being served. This is the key point that states whether the hospital is good or not," he said. He expressed pride in the existence of Royal Prima Hospital which has provided good services to the community. He hopes that people from the upper middle class who used to seek treatment in Penang, Malaysia and Singapore will no longer seek treatment abroad, but rather to Royal Prima Hospital. He greatly appreciates that with its young age, Royal Prima Hospital is able to provide better services as if it had been more than two years old.
The same thing was also conveyed by the Head of Medan Petisah District, Rakhmat Adisyah Putra Harahap SSTP. According to him, the existence of Royal Prima Hospital is very helpful for sick people. According to Rahmat, the services provided to the community are extraordinary. "For that, we need to support and encourage Royal Prima Hospital, so that Royal Prima Hospital continues to provide the best services, both in terms of education and health. Because this is a service to the community," said the sub-district head who is known to be close to his residents. Moreover, he said, yesterday, there was a meeting at the Royal Prima Hospital, the Health Service said the hospital has standardization and supporting aspects. "For that, I am sure and believe that the Royal Prima Hospital in the future will be able to do that and can be the best," he said again.
In a separate place, the President Director of PT Royal Prima Dr Tommy Leonard SH MKn said that the Royal Prima Hospital in the past two years has provided health services for the people of North Sumatra, especially the city of Medan. "Currently, the Royal Prima Hospital has shown its service and quality. Patients come from Jakarta and abroad. Praise has also come from various groups, who have experienced health services at this hospital," said the young doctor to reporters, Wednesday (2/17) while saying, a few moments ago we received information from one of the print media in the city of Medan, that the Royal Prima Hospital is a favorite hospital for BPJS patients. Tommy hopes that the management of Royal Prima Hospital will not be complacent, but will continue to improve its quality, in providing the best service to its patients in accordance with the motto 'High Quality Care Is Our Priority' . Tommy explained, this year, RS Royal Prima has a target to be accredited by the Hospital Accreditation Commission. And, this year, it has also been designed to add 500 beds whose building construction has begun, precisely behind RS Royal Prima.
