Pekanbaru, March 14, 2024 — The Master of Public Health (MKM) Study Program at the PSDKU Directorate of Universitas Prima Indonesia (UNPRI) Pekanbaru successfully held a Public Lecture titled "Service Quality Culture and Patient Safety in Primary Care Networks" on Thursday (Mar 14, 2024). This event was attended by 2024 cohort students and representatives from Pekanbaru health centers. As part of the best private university (PTS terbaik), UNPRI continues to innovate by integrating industry expertise into the academic journey.
The keynote speaker, Dr. Rapael Ginting, S.K.M., M.Kes., an expert in Health Service Quality Management, discussed patient safety standards and risk management. This initiative demonstrates UNPRI's role in facilitating student talent to become competent and high-quality professionals. The success of this program was evidenced by a significant increase in student post-test scores, rising from an average of 68 to 85. This aligns with UNPRI's Sociotechnopreneurship vision.
