The Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery at UNPRI once again inaugurated and took the professional oath of nurses and midwives.
UNPRI once again confirmed graduates who are ready to compete and contribute to society.
The Dean of the Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery, Universitas Prima Indonesia (UNPRI), officially inaugurated and sworn in 271 nursing and midwifery professionals, Saturday, September 6, 2025, at the UNPRI Main Campus Hall, Jln. Cover No. 3 Medan.
The inaugurated graduates were from the Vocational and Professional Nursing Study Program, as well as the Midwifery Professional Education Program.
UNPRI Rector Prof. Dr. Chrismis Novalinda Ginting, M.Kes., represented by UNPRI Vice Rector III, Refi Ikhtiari, S.Si., M.Sc., Ph.D., emphasized that this professional oath was not merely symbolic, but also the beginning of a noble responsibility to serve the community with knowledge, integrity, and conscience.
Meanwhile, the Chairperson of the North Sumatra Province Regional Executive Board of the Indonesian National Nurses Association (PPNI), Mahsyur Al Hazkyani Tanjung, Skep, Ners, expressed his hope that the graduates would maintain the dignity of their profession and continue to develop themselves in line with advances in science and technology in the health sector.
“Congratulations to the nurses and midwives who officially hold their professional titles. May they always be trustworthy, dedicated, and "Being at the forefront of improving public health," he said.
The event was also attended by the North Sumatra Province Management of the Indonesian Midwives Association (IBI), represented by Idau Ginting, SST, MKes, clergy from the Department of Religious Affairs, the Dean of the Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery at UNPRI, Dr. Tiarnida Nababan, SST, S.Kep, Ners, M.Kep, and the entire academic community of the Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery at UNPRI.
