UNPRI Pekanbaru Psychology Public Lecture: Mastering Mind and Emotion Strategies for the Younger Generation
UNPRI Pekanbaru Equips 200 Participants with Essential Mental Management Skills
Pekanbaru, July 17, 2026 — The Psychology Study Program at Universitas Prima Indonesia (UNPRI) PSDKU Pekanbaru successfully held a public lecture titled "Unlock Your Mind: Psychology Secrets to Manage Thoughts, Emotions, and the Future" on Monday (June 22, 2026) at the UNPRI Pekanbaru Auditorium.
The event featured Khairul Anwar, S.Psi., C.Ht., a renowned Certified Hypnotherapist, Certified Trainer, and Licensed Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). During the session, attended by 200 participants, students and high school pupils explored the mechanics of the mind, healthy emotional regulation, and strategies for building mental resilience to face the challenges of academia, career, and future life.
The attendees represented various disciplines from UNPRI Pekanbaru, including Psychology, Management, Medicine, and Information Systems, alongside students from various high schools across Pekanbaru. The participants' enthusiasm was evident through the highly interactive Q&A session.
