Produce knowledge and technology in clinical pharmacy used to address pharmaceutical problems, especially in drug use for degenerative diseases, benefiting the improvement of public health. Produce community service based on reasoning and beneficial research works to solve pharmaceutical problems in drug use for degenerative diseases to improve quality of life and educate the nation. Pharmaceutical Mathematics is a course that focuses on the application of mathematical concepts and calculations in pharmaceutical sciences, including measurement units and conversions, percentages and ratios, dose calculations, dilution and concentration calculations, calculations of ingredients in formulations, and basic quantitative analysis used in pharmaceutical services, formulation, production, and quality control of pharmaceutical preparations. This course equips students with the ability to perform pharmaceutical calculations accurately, systematically, and responsibly as a foundation for solving various problems in the pharmaceutical field.
Study of the basic principles of prescription writing, pharmaceutical calculations, preparation, compounding, packaging, and labeling of pharmaceutical preparations accurately, safely, and in accordance with pharmaceutical care standards.
General Chemistry is a course that examines fundamental chemical concepts and principles as a foundation for understanding pharmaceutical sciences. The course covers atomic structure, the periodic system of elements, chemical bonding, stoichiometry, solutions and concentrations, chemical reactions, chemical equilibrium, acids and bases, thermochemistry, chemical kinetics, and basic concepts of electrochemistry. This course equips students with the ability to understand, analyze, and apply chemical principles in solving problems related to materials, processes, and chemical phenomena in the field of pharmacy.
A course that studies the basic concepts of cell structure, organization, function, and activities as the fundamental unit of life, including the cell membrane, cellular organelles, cytoskeleton, membrane transport, cell communication and signaling, cell cycle and division, gene expression and regulation, cellular metabolism, and mechanisms of cell death. This course equips students with an understanding of the relationship between cellular structure and function and the role of cellular processes in maintaining homeostasis, health, and disease, providing a foundation for understanding pharmaceutical sciences and therapeutic development.
A course that covers the basic principles of botany relevant to pharmaceutical sciences, including the structure and function of plant cells and tissues, morphology and anatomy of plant organs, plant classification and identification, and the characteristics of plants that have potential applications as medicinal materials and crude drugs. This course equips students with the ability to observe, identify, document, and prepare botanical descriptions of plants relevant to natural products, pharmacognosy, and quality control of pharmaceutical raw materials.

Indonesian Language is a course that examines the proper, accurate, effective, and rule-based use of Indonesian in academic, scientific, professional, and social contexts. The course covers the position and functions of the Indonesian language, spelling, word choice, effective sentences, paragraph development, linguistic reasoning, academic writing, citation and reference techniques, abstract writing, summaries, reports, scientific articles, as well as academic presentation and communication skills. This course equips students with the ability to understand, use, and develop Indonesian logically, systematically, critically, ethically, and communicatively to support learning, research, professional services, and the dissemination of information to the public.
