OVERVIEW

The Doctor of Management at the Faculty of Economics is the highest academic program designed to cultivate critical, analytical, and innovative thinking in the field of management. This program aims to produce researchers and academics capable of contributing to the advancement of management theory and practice through in-depth and multidisciplinary research.

Students in this program will engage in research focused on contemporary management issues, such as business strategy, leadership, change management, and organizational innovation. With guidance from experts in the field, graduates are expected to produce impactful scholarly work that influences both academia and business practices, as well as become thought leaders in the field of management.

2. Organizing research to produce Scientific Work in the field of Management which is used to develop theories and policies to answer creative economy problems in order to improve community welfare
3. Organizing Community Service based on Socio-technopreneurship, reasoning and research works in the creative economy field that are useful for improving community empowerment
4. Organizing quality institutional cooperation, mutually beneficial to support the achievement of graduate competencies
5. Organizing HR Services to improve qualifications and competencies that support the achievement of Graduate Competencies and the progress of the creative economy
