UNPRI LPPM Holds Virtual Socialization for SIRIMA 2026 Internal Grants, Fostering Cross-Campus Research Collaboration Across Prima Group
A Concrete Step By The Institution To Accelerate Research And Development Synergy Across Campuses Under Prima Group.
Medan, July 29, 2026 — The Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM) of Universitas Prima Indonesia (UNPRI) successfully hosted the virtual socialization event for the UNPRI SIRIMA 2026 Internal Grants via Zoom Meeting on Wednesday (July 29, 2026). The strategic program drew approximately 400 permanent lecturers from across the Prima Group network, including UNPRI Medan, UNPRI Pekanbaru, Universitas Adiwangsa Jambi (UNAJA), and International University Liaison Indonesia (IULI).
The event was also attended by faculty deans and UNPRI Pekanbaru Director Dr. Salman Faris, S.Si., M.M. In his opening remarks, UNPRI Vice Rector III for Research, Innovation, and Development, Refi Ikhtiari, S.Si., M.Sc., Ph.D., emphasized that the SIRIMA 2026 Internal Grant program reflects UNPRI's tangible commitment to building a collaborative and impactful research culture across the entire Prima Group ecosystem.
"We strongly encourage cross-campus research collaborations among faculty members across the Prima Group network, focusing on relevant, impactful themes aligned with the development of the Prima Group Living Lab," stated Refi Ikhtiari, highlighting the importance of problem-solving and measurable knowledge commercialization.
Technical guidelines regarding proposal submissions, assessment criteria, priority research themes, and schedules were thoroughly detailed by the UNPRI LPPM team during the interactive session.
