The Midwifery study program is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide comprehensive care for women, mothers, and newborns. It focuses on clinical expertise, reproductive health, and safe childbirth practices, ensuring graduates are ready to handle various maternal and neonatal health challenges.

1. To provide high-quality midwifery education, integrating best practices and collaborating with health and industry partners to produce professional, career-ready, and reliable midwives in the principles of Gentle Baby Care.
2. To encourage innovation through focused research in midwifery, particularly in Gentle Baby Care, aligned with socio-technopreneurship aspirations to provide concrete solutions to health challenges in Indonesia.
3. To prioritize impactful community service with a Gentle Baby Care approach, facilitating the exchange of socio-technopreneurship knowledge and strengthening synergy with industry partners, professional organizations, and the health sector.
4. To develop the Three Pillars of Higher Education with optimal governance and broad institutional collaboration to enhance contributions to midwifery and advance Gentle Baby Care-based health services.
