OVERVIEW
The NERS Professional Study Program is designed to equip nursing graduates with the clinical and professional competencies required in nursing practice. This program emphasizes the development of practical skills, a deep understanding of nursing care, and the ability to manage complex cases.
Students will undergo simulation-based learning, clinical practice in various healthcare settings, and an interdisciplinary approach to ensure their readiness to face real-world challenges. The curriculum also covers nursing ethics, effective communication, and leadership within healthcare teams.
Graduates of the NERS Program are prepared to work as professional nurses in hospitals, clinics, or communities. They play a vital role in improving healthcare quality, providing holistic care, and contributing to the development of the national health system.

- Providing leading quality education and quality practical experience and establishing partnerships with health institutions, professional organizations, and industry to prepare quality Nurse graduates in Nursing, health services, Sociotechnopreneurship, and the application of Palliative principles to meet the needs of the job market;
- Conducting research and development in the field of Nursing and health services, with a focus on improving the quality of health services and social sustainability, and conducting research in the field of Palliative Services to obtain Nursing Science and Technology used to solve health problems in Indonesia;
- Organizing community service based on reasoning, scientific research works of Palliative Services based on sociotechnopreneurship by implementing social activities that are beneficial and provide positive contributions to society and strengthen relationships with industry partners, professional organizations, and health institutions;
- Organizing Tridharma higher education services based on optimal resource management supported by cooperation with health institutions, professional organizations, and industry both domestically and abroad to improve the quality of Tri Dharma Higher Education in the field of Nursing and health services.
