The Business Strategy course provides a comprehensive understanding of how organizations formulate, implement, and evaluate cross-functional decisions to achieve competitive advantage and long-term objectives. Learning encompasses internal and external environmental analysis, strategy formulation at the corporate, business, and functional levels, and strategy implementation through the alignment of organizational structure, leadership, organizational culture, and resource allocation.
