TARGETS
- Short-term (1–3 years): Achieve national “Unggul” accreditation and establish structured sub-specialty training pathways.
- Medium-term (3–5 years): Increase international publications, collaborative research, and participation in global medical conferences.
- Long-term (5–10 years): Position the program as a reference center for education and research on degenerative/chronic diseases in Southeast Asia.
- Maintain ≥90% graduate employment within one year after graduation.
