"Friendly Gathering of Port Dickson Polytechnic Malaysia-UNPRI Group"

The extended family of Universitas Prima Indonesia (UNPRI) Medan, held a friendly event with the group of Port Dickson Polytechnic Malaysia and Members of the MANU-SEA Consortium at the UNPRI campus and the visit was welcomed directly by: Vice Rector I, Seno Aji SPd MEng Prac, Vice Rector II, Ermi Girsang, SKM MKes, Head of Bureau of Institutional Cooperation and Foreign Relations, Teng Sauh Hwee, Head of the Rector's Bureau, Chrismis Novalinda Br Ginting MKes, Head of the UNPRI Planning and Development Institute, Yusriando SH MH, Dean of the Faculty of Technology and Computer Science (FTIK) UNPRI, Abdi Dharma SKom MKom and Director of Royal Prima Hospital, dr Ali Nafiah Nasution.

The discussion at the meeting concerned the implementation of APACC Port Dickson Malaysia accreditation and the Jhon International Exhibition in Malaysia in early October.

According to the Head of Bureau of Institutional Cooperation and Foreign Relations, Teng Sauh Hwee, Friday (19/8) that the purpose and achievement are solely to encourage UNPRI in pursuing APACC accreditation (which organizes accreditation recognized throughout the Asia Pacific) which will be implemented at the end of September 2016 and then also encourage students to participating in an exhibition to broaden students' horizons which will be held in early October 2016, "Scheduling the implementation of CSR between campuses which will be carried out in early 2017, lecturer and student exchanges for Collaboration Research," Teng said again.

Previously, Teng continued that, his party had visited the Port Dickson Polytechnic in Negeri Sembilan, Sremban Kuala Lumpur, on 9-12 May 2016, "At that time, his party had discussed collaboration research and so on.

Meanwhile, in a separate place, the Head of BPH UNPRI, Dr. Tommy Leonard SH MKn welcomed the friendly visit of the Port Dickson Polytechnic to the UNPRI campus and this is one form of helping the government in terms of advancing, improving and promoting education in Indonesia and as often conveyed by this young doctor that, with activities like this it is hoped that Indonesian people who work abroad who are not as migrant workers at the lowest level will become professionals in their fields.

In addition, his party also hopes that cooperative relations with universities from abroad can improve the human resources of educators, so that UNPRI can be known throughout the archipelago and abroad as a quality university with skilled and friendly human resources that are always innovative.
