UNPRI Yoga & Meditation: Cultivating Physical and Mental Balance for the Young Generation
A self-development program by Tzu Ching UNPRI for students and the public, promoting awareness, wellness, and inner harmony.
On Sunday, July 27, 2025, Tzu Ching UNPRI organized a Yoga & Meditation event at the Mini Hall, 10th Floor, Universitas Prima Indonesia. The event was open to students and the general public as part of a self-development and mental-spiritual balance program.
The activity began at 08:00 AM with participant registration, followed by an opening session and souvenir presentation to the Yoga Kamalini team, consisting of five professional instructors. The participants then joined a light yoga session focusing on flexibility, breathing, and physical strength.
The yoga session was led enthusiastically by experienced instructors, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. This was followed by a guided meditation session to calm the mind and enhance self-awareness.
During meditation, participants appeared calm and focused. Many reported immediate benefits such as a more relaxed body, clearer mind, and more balanced mood. It offered a moment of reflection and inner peace amidst their busy routines.
After the main session, participants and instructors engaged in a sharing session to exchange experiences and impressions. The event concluded with a group photo as a symbol of unity and appreciation for everyone’s involvement.
Through this event, Tzu Ching UNPRI hopes to continuously provide positive programs that raise awareness among the youth about the importance of maintaining physical and mental well-being in harmony. Yoga & Meditation is not just exercise, but a path to inner harmony and positive energy in everyday life.
