Ending the sharing session, Arya discussed how Indonesia in 2045 must be ready to face five global disruption trends, namely geo-economic problems, demographic changes, environmental issues, technology (non-conventional) and health. The state-owned company itself is preparing further study opportunities for its 3,500 employees through LPDP collaboration both domestically and abroad
"Students must be competitive, able to compete, able to surpass others, high GPA and intelligence are not guarantees. Students must have strong character and capacity in certain matters. BUMN has launched one of its core values, namely employee development and women empowerment, with 29% of total employees being women and 39% being millennials (under 42 years old)
"One proof of BUMN's commitment to this core value is the percentage of young employees as directors, talent mobility programs and digital leadership competencies," said Nurul
