Director General of Higher Education: UNPRI Campus of the Future
Inauguration of Integrated Laboratory and OSCE CENTER, Faculty of Medicine, Prima Indonesia University
Director General of Higher Education, Research and Technology at the Ministry of Education, Culture Research and Technology Prof. Ir. Nizam MSc DIC PhD IPU Asean Eng, directly inaugurated the Integrated Laboratory and OSCE Center of the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Prima Indonesia, Thursday (2/9/2021).
The Independent Campus Program must prioritize collaboration between many sectors with campus life to be closer. With this new campus condition, UNPRI has a concept of combining the campus, the world of economics, and the world of research into one and integrated. UNPRI shows its level as a future campus. I appreciate UNPRI and continue to move forward to become Excellent in 2026", said Prof. Ir. Nizam MSc DIC PhD IPU Asean Eng who was also accompanied by the Director General of Higher Education, Director of Institutions, Directorate General of Higher Education Dr. Ir. Ridwan MSc and Director of Resources, Directorate General of Higher Education Dr. Mohammad Sofwan Effendi MEd.
The Director General of Higher Education also assessed that the integration between the campus and the mall is a future concept owned by UNPRI and is supported by extraordinary facilities such as the laboratory that was inaugurated on that day. After giving his remarks, the Director General of Higher Education Prof. Nizam, Ph.D inaugurated the Integrated Laboratory and OSCE Center of the UNPRI Medical Faculty and reviewed all of the UNPRI Medical Faculty's integrated laboratories.
The Director General also directly reviewed the completion stage of the main campus building of Universitas Prima Indonesia located on Jalan Sampul which was attended by the Head of the Higher Education Service Institution for Region 1 of North Sumatra, Prof. Dr. Ibnu Hajar MSi, founder of Universitas Prima Indonesia Prof. Dr. dr. I. Nyoman Ehrich Lister MKes Sp KKLP. Chairman of the Daily Executive Board of Universitas Prima Indonesia Dr. Tommy Leonard SH MKn, Chancellor of Universitas Prima Indonesia Prof. Dr. Chrismis Novalinda Ginting MKes and his staff.
Rector of Universitas Prima Indonesia Prof. Dr. Chrismis Novalinda Ginting MKes, said that Universitas Prima Indonesia is committed to fully supporting the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) activities and always implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and achieving achievements. One of them is UNPRI successfully becoming a Higher Education in North Sumatra with the highest number of participants in the Student Micro Credential (KMMI) program with a total of 1,120 participants.
Meanwhile, Chairman of the Daily Executive Board of Universitas Prima Indonesia Dr. Tommy Leonard SH MKn expressed his appreciation to the group of the Director General of Higher Education, who were willing to inaugurate the Integrated Laboratory and OSCE Center of the Faculty of Medicine which is used for clinical and academic practice of students. Tommy hopes that this facility can be utilized optimally as an effort to improve the scientific competence of UNPRI students and lecturers. (RED/MBB)
